Shipping

I post once a week from country Vic.

All of my prints are printed on demand and will be sent to the printer on the last business day of that week and from receipt of your order. It can take one week from that stage to print. Once printed, your item will be packaged and dispatched from a small town in country Victoria and shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Costs

FREE standard shipping for all orders within Australia.

A4 & A3 prints; _ FREE postage and handling for all orders within Australia. (flat packed, in a tough cardboard enclosure)

A2 prints; _ FREE postage and handling for all orders within Australia. (rolled in a Postal Tube)

Postcards; _ FREE postage and handling for all orders within Australia.

I only ship to Australian destinations via this website. 

However if you are from an overseas destination Contact Me with the items you are looking to purchase and your location so I can get back to you with shipping costs.

Disclaimer

Images may not appear exactly as you view it from a computer monitor or a mobile phone screen. Thumbnail placements are sometimes changed to focus on the main focal point and colours vary from monitor to monitor which I have no control over and may vary from the actual print colour.

Shipping, Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All my prints are packaged with lots of love and care. I meticulously scrutinise each print to ensure that the quality is 100%. Once checked, each order will be secured in an enclosure that will protect your prints in line with the best possible standards before being forwarded for shipping via Australia Post where I then no longer have control over handling. 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged during transport (I hope this never happens!) I offer no refunds or replacements.

Unfortunately, I do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

Wholesale

For all wholesale enquiries, head to the Contact Me page and register your interest via email. Once your business has been verified I will forward an itemised stock list and order form to streamline the ordering process.
